Eligible Refunds:
  • The product was damaged during transit.
  • The order is incomplete or incorrect, missing an item you ordered.
Exclusions:
  • Refunds will not be provided for bouquet wrappings and shipping.

Unboxing Video Requirement:
  • To claim a refund, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
  • Video must be shared via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the product
