We are committed to delivering high-quality products, and refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
Eligible Refunds:
- The product was damaged during transit.
- The order is incomplete or incorrect, missing an item you ordered.
- Refunds will not be provided for bouquet wrappings and shipping.
Unboxing Video Requirement:
- To claim a refund, you must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
- Video must be shared via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the product
