Shipping Timelines
- Takes 6–8 working days once order dispatched
- Orders cannot be canceled upon request.
- Tracking ID shared within 24 hours of dispatch.
- Once your order is dispatched, we rely on our courier partners for delivery. Any delays due to connectivity or logistical challenges are beyond our control.
- If there is a delay, you can reach out to us via WhatsApp at 8302112377 and we will raise a ticket with the courier to expedite resolution. However, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the courier service
- Address/number modifications are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.
- No changes can be made after dispatch.
- If an incorrect or incomplete address/contact number is provided: Returned packages will incur an additional re-dispatch fee of ₹150.
- All RTO (Return to Origin) and shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
- Orders will not be re-shipped until the ₹150 fee is fully paid.
- For lost or incorrectly marked deliveries report within 48 hours via email or WhatsApp
- Disputes raised after 48 hours will not be entertained.
- Proof of delivery and resolution depend on the shipping partner's investigation.
- No monetary compensation for lost or stolen packages refunds/replacements are not guaranteed for denied disputes.
